Bidding For Good DCES PTO AUCTION
Dear Desert Canyon Parents and Friends:
The Desert Canyon Elementary School PTO is pleased to announce our Fiesta Online Auction and Golf Tournament! The golf tournament will be Saturday, April 10th at the Sanctuary Golf Course right here in McDowell Mountain Ranch. The online auction is set to begin Monday, Mar. 15. It will end Friday, April 9th with the live auction taking place Saturday, April 10th at the dinner following the golf tournament.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO
MAKE THE AUCTION AND GOLF TOURNAMENT A SUCCESS!!!
It is in difficult economic times such as this that all of us in the Desert Canyon community must come together and continue to support our most important priority, the education of our children.
We are asking all Desert Canyon families to help procure at least two items for the auction. Items may be goods, services, or cash sponsorship. You may donate the items yourself or procure them.
Your donations in support of our fundraising efforts make a huge impact on the PTO-sponsored programs that enhance and supplement our children’s education.
There are many ways to contribute to the auction/golf tournament:
• Procure business donations of goods and/or services
• Personal donations of creative services, unique handmade objects, special outings and getaways
• Obtain corporate or personal sponsorships to help underwrite the auction/golf tournament costs
• Volunteer
• Play in the golf tournament with your friends and family
• Not a golfer? Attend the live auction and dinner after the tournament
