The Desert Canyon Elementary School PTO is dedicated to supporting the needs of families and teachers within our school. With Arizona ranking 49th out of 49 reporting states in state dollars spent per student, the multiple efforts of the PTO are vital to the continued success of Desert Canyon's students. Your PTO dollars go directly to the teachers for their use in our classrooms, and our additional fund-raising efforts go towards our student enrichment programs and campus improvements. Join today!

Flyer restrictions in backpacks can sometimes make it difficult for the PTO to communicate about important issues to our families. The DCES PTO website is our only way of keeping parents informed. Please visit our website often for news about Desert Canyon Elementary School and the District, and please take a moment to visit our page on legislative issues of interest to SUSD parents. Thanks to the support of our District parents, a solution for the issue of "excess utilities," or unfunded energy costs, was passed in this year's Legislative budget. Let your voice be heard!
