Posting to Website/PawPrint/eBlast

Please send all correspondence to websupport@dcespto.org and add your content description in the subject line. Your email should go something like this:

From: (
your email address)

Subject: Pawprint Update – Tavan

Description: Our sister school, Tavan Elementary, ….. collect goods, etc….
Date: Friday, 07/12/2001
Time: 7:00 am
Where: Please make you donation in the front office.

 


 

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU:

  • Closely review your content for typos and wording
  • Know your audience
  • Bold anything that needs to be bolded (make it easy for your audience to find the info they need to find at a glance)
  • Include any images or photos that would help the user identify with your content
  • Attach word documents and .pdfs (Adobe Reader pdf)
  • If you are linking to an external site, copy the link from your browser and include the link in the email. The webmaster can gather a great deal of information from a link. (NOTE: you might also find pdf, images, logos from these site that you can include)
  • Editing is YOUR responsibility.

 

DEADLINES:

  • For Friday Pawprint = Information needs to be received by Thursday morning at the latest.
  • If information is received after that day/time, it will be posted for the following week’s Paw Print.
  • If you have “special email releases” that you are requesting as a reminder for a specific event, a 24 hour notice is necessary.
