DCES Gift Card Kick Back Program! Now Running Monthly!
It's
back...by popular demand...and running
monthly! This is a program that works while you shop! So you are
probably wondering how this helps DCES raise money. Well it's simple...Scrip
participating merchants (i.e. Gap, Safeway, Banana Republic, Starbucks, Macy's,
Home Depot, Cheesecake Factory and many more) agree to sell gift cards to our
organization at a discount. Families like yours buy the gift cards at full face
value and redeem them for full face value, and our school keeps the difference
as revenue! These merchants want to support non-profit organizations like the
PTO, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with scrip at their
stores. If you want to buy gift cards for family, friends, teachers, aides and
more...this will be an opportunity for you to do it...while earning money for
DCES!
This time, we have
made things easier and more exciting for DCES families! Now there are two ways
to shop! You can either
click here and print out our condensed merchant list/order form and order by
hard copy OR you can register and shop online at
www.shopwithscrip.com and have access to almost 900 merchants!
Click here for a step by step guide to register online. Please send check
(made payable to DCES PTO) and copy of your online confirmation or hard copy
order to your child's teacher or drop off in the front office by
the 1st of every month.
Orders will then be pushed through on the first day of every month and your gift
cards will be ready for pick up by the 15th

Got Campbell’s? Then you have Labels for Education!
Campbell’s Labels work very similar to Box Tops. DCES families collect these labels worth 1, 5 or 10 points, and then drop them in the bin at the office. Labels are then collected and mailed off to Campbell’s and our total points are deposited in to our Campbell’s school account. We are then able to redeem those points to purchase merchandise for DCES. So keep cutting those labels! We also get points for some Campbell’s bottle caps. This program is a no brainer! Earn money for DCES with your every day shopping…and still keep earning airline miles!!!
Come on DCES families…we need you to register your grocery cards, debit/atm and credit cards online at eScrip. All you have to do is sign up one time and DCES will start earning money immediately from your every day purchases. On average, eScrip members that add credit/debit cards to the program earn 50% more for their school than members who only register a grocery card. eScrip’s website is completely secure and you only need to register the credit card number. RECYCLE RECYCLE RECYCLE!
Don’t throw away your ink cartridges and toners! You can earn money for DCES by recycling any inkjet cartridges, laser/toner cartridges, cell phones, iPods, laptops, digital cameras and GPS devices. There is a recycle bin located in the front office. All you have to do is drop them in the box. We will take care of the rest. Just think, if we could get could a good portion of DCES families to participate…we could earn around $100 per month for our school!
